When you do decide to step out to the beach, you won't have to go far. We are literally just steps away from the sugar white sand and gorgeous emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! In fact, you can see your family at the beach right from our balcony. Not feeling like getting sand under your toes? No problem, the pool and hot tub will be right beneath you -- a short elevator ride or a few steps away, right by the grilling area, gym and tennis courts.
At the Perch at Mainsail, you will find the same level of comfort and amenities in all our properties, such as plush mattresses, fresh and updated linen and bedding, a fully-stocked kitchen with all the little details to help you cook like a chef and plenty of room to enjoy some great family time. Not feeling like cooking? There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. We are conveniently located right across the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, right between Destin and 30A. We look forward to hosting you!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
